Every year we will conduct a five round fixed order draft to introduce the new domestic prospects coming into the league. The draft order of every year will be inverse of the standings after matchup 14.
Only signed prospects will be eligible aswell as prospects currently not controlled by teams in this league. Prospects who do not sign with a team are not eligible.
Teams will have 12 hours to make their picks.
Teams will get 5 extra prospect slots till the end of the season to store their selections, if necessary. At the end of the season I will inform each team which prospects are no longer prospect eligible and they can then cut them, or call them up to the Majors.
The date of the draft will be determined closer to the time, but will be after the signing deadline.
